Contact your opponent as soon as you can to start scheduling a time. Don't wait until Sunday/Monday. Agree on a actual time don't just agree to meet on a certain day, this will also help you get a favorable admin result if your opponent doesn't show, if you can show that you were online at the agreed time. (Just post a where are you shortly after the agreed time)

You have until the end of Tuesday the 25th to get your match played.

• Thursday (today) - late evening around 20:00 GMT.
• Friday - Between 16:00 and 18:00 GMT.
• Saturday - Busy.
• Sunday - Flexible. Prefer between 12:00 and 18:00 GMT.
• Monday - Busy.
• Tuesday - Between 16:00 and 18:00 GMT.

These are the kick-off/starting times for the match. Hopefully something will fit your schedule. However, if nothing does, please let me know ASAP so we can try to custom-tailor a solution somehow. It might be possible for me to offer slightly better times on Sunday or on Tuesday provided I get sufficient notice ahead of time. Thanks!

Mon: 10 AM - 12 noon and 7 PM - 8 PM
Tue: 6:30 AM - 12 noon and 7 PM - 9 PM

Last minute scheduling? Why agree to it then?
Get online earlier in the match-week then - every match-week rolls on a Tue night/Wed morning, apart from the odd exception like this week when it rolled Wed night/Thur morning.
Yes I'm sure we all have busy lives, but please do your opponents the courtesy of giving them notice about your availability and any changes of plan. Their time may also be valuable too.
