Default 1.1 mill Tourny team
heya just been looking at norse team and what i could take for a 1.1 mill team this seams to be a really offensive team but i dont mean to give the impresion i would be playing silly with it and not going to the wins

what do u guys think

2 x blitzers
2 x ulf's
1 x runner
7 x linemen

3 x RR
1 x FF
1 x AC
1 x CL
1 x Apoth

i personally think this is the best way to strech the 1.1 mill

12 players + apoth to regen 1 with new rules

4 x frenzy

would spend the first 2 skills on guard for the ulfs

then sure hands for the runner

then prob some tackle on both the blitzers

and last skill would be decided on time maybe a strip ball or tbh would prob put strip ball between the 2 tackles of skill 4 and 5

would love to hear some feed back

i know i have no yethee but i belive he cost to much and u have to sacrifice either a re roll, the apoth or the 12 player to fit him in, and i ahte all forms of wild animal, bone head etc

I personally would go with either Block, or perhaps better, Wrestle on your Ulfs. It'll really help their blocking, especially since they have Frenzy.

On your Runner I would go Dodge if your intent is to use him as the ball carrier. Strip Ball won't be all that common and neither will Tackle (unless there are a lot of dwarf teams) so I think you'll get more mileage out of Dodge to keep your ball carrier on his feet rather then Sure Hands. Now sure Sure Hands will help him pick it up but it's not all that big a problem to get it in his hands (Agi 3 isn't that bad and you only need to pick it up once a half hopefully) and if needed you can use a team reroll.

The last two skills (I assume from your comments you only get 5) are harder. Guard is pretty important but Tackle would be good too... It's a tough decision to me.

Just some thoughts/opinions.

Consider jugganaut on the Ulfs, its so polite to let the spectators take part in the game.

the idea behind the guard on the ulfs is that i would hope to null out assist from opponent with the line men then block in with the ulfs using the str 4 as my 2 dice and then follow in with the blitzers using the ulfs guard to allow me to double block

Guard could work instead of Block, perhaps try out some practice games with the two options and see which you prefer.
