| I have an elven guard lineman that is rarely hit... so it really depends on how you use your maimed -1str guard guy. But at some time you will have to dump him... I can play with only 3 RRs on a non-elven team... but that 4th RR can be a lifesaver. A bad dodge or a fumbled pass cost way more than the TV bloat of a RR IMO. You've had 2 ogres killed or maimed ?!

| I might keep him until another lino gets skilled up so that I can get another kicker. That skill is so important to a human team. Yeah 3rd Ogre... First one got killed in my first ever game in the OCC against a High Elf team. Second Ogre got a smashed collar bone blocking on last play of game against a Dark Elf team last season. Bloody Elves!!! I was hoping that Nuffle might have smiled on me and give me a double skill so that I could get block... Ah well :-)

| Guard is a solid skill on an Ogre, so you can just get block for his 2nd skill. As for the -S lino i would dump him asap. Perhaps if you focus on trying to skill up a lino next match so that you can get kick and therefore replace him. As for reserves, i really like Human Catchers and would always have at least 2 on the team. These guys are just great for lending assists, given their huge range (MA8). They also make great markers once you get them block/ss/dt or good sackers with wrestle/dauntless. And at 50k tv, a 4th rr is not going to bloat your tv much. Depends on whether you find yourself needing it in most matches though. If not, then skip it. If so, then get it.

| Just tried to play my game against Venom and his Lizard team. His team took a bit of beating last game and he had two Saurus's and his Kroxigor missing. In the end he had a TV of 1380 Vs mine of 1590. So I decided to not buy any replacements for this game. We connected and he took a mercenary Saurus and a bribe. I win the coin toss and choose to kick (maybe should of recieved and dished out the pain...). Anyway, third block of game on Narcissus sees him Badly Hurt. Fourth block sees Sisphus dead apo'd to pinched nerve. His second turn puts Ares on the floor and he fouls him out Badly Hurt (but loses the bribe). My third turn sees Hades kill his best Saurus. Venom's internet disconnects there and then... ![]()

| Wow... I find it hard to believe in such coincidences. Rage-quitting like that just isn't acceptable, regardless of how tough your luck is. Good luck with an eventual rematch or (perhaps preferably) getting an admined win.

| You can't say for sure that he rage quit. Maybe it was just coincidence? Did he try using the apoth before he quit? Actually if he has decided to just quit occ it will work out good for you as all your injuries will be healed and you get double winnings and 16spp. And even if you do replay him, it sounds likely that you will get a win anyway and perhaps this time you can avoid all the injuries?

| I'm not saying he did or didnt but i think he did try and use is apo, which as we all know is always unsuccesful in these instances. Last night was the only time we could play the game as I am going skiing. I did manage to get hold of him afterwards and he did ask for the game to be rearrange but I simpy didnt have the time and asked for the win. I uploaded the game to BBManager and at the moment the result does stand.

| Saw a game of yours against a high TV Pro-Elf... nice work. Never seen a PElf lose 3-0...

| Thanks for the comments Lebe ;-). It was a good win but a bit lucky in places with the Pro Elfs fumbling a pass early in first half and my interception in the second. I come back from holidays and my last game was a 2-0 win. Poseidon levelled up and rolled normal so gets Piling On!
