| Hi all! I'm Batou667 from the UK. I've been playing friendly (non-league) Blood Bowl with a friend for almost a year now and we finally decided to take the plunge and start a league a couple of months ago. My friend sensibly decided to use the out-of-the-box plastic Orcs and his old Dark Elves team. Being an idiot, I decided to write up two themed team rosters, both of which will involve heavy converting and/or scratch building. My first team (counts-as Skaven) is almost finished. I'll post up some pictures when the little blighters are done! When I'm not failing Dodge rolls and letting the opposing team score, I play the occasional game of 40k with my long-suffering Ork footsloggers army. I also played a bit of Necromunda back in the day, and I like the similarities Blood Bowl shares. Anyway! This seems like a great community, looking forward to sharing some pictures of my team and maybe some match reports with y'all. |

| Hi Batou667, thanks for signing up. Have you looked to see if there are any existing local leagues near you that you could perhaps join?

| Cheers Coach! No, haven't looked into any local leagues, but being based in London I'll bet there's a fair few around. |

| Yes, me too. I used to love my Delaque gang. Necromunda was brilliant, it needs its own PC game so I can get back into it!

| I had a Skavy gang (not sure of spelling). Also a Goliath gang. Necro was great, but it was too skewed in favor of the shooting gangs.

The only counter to shooting dominance was having enough scenery to hide behind as you approached, which few people managed. Got Escher and Delaque knocking around still, as with the others, PC game would be awesome if unlikely.

| I could reminisce about Necromunda for hours - I too had a Delaque gang (I wanted Van Sarr but my mate called it first). My gang of murderous slap-heads were soon notorious in the underhive, being kitted out with an abnormally high proportion of archeotech and cybernetic limbs thanks to my two grown-up juves with the Inventor skill. One poor fellow had not one but two cyborg legs. Aah, good days... |

| Man, the more I read about Necromunda the more I want to try it. Welcome to the forums! |
