Any 25th anniversary rumors?

The issue with GW is that they are a company, and they need to make money. So yeah, I'm really annoyed at the directions they've taken on certain things, and I completely stopped playing the "current" LOTR ages ago - because they made the game practically unplayable for me. I don't like it, and I prefer playing the "skirmish" rules which were built for games of up to 700 points, but I understand why they did it. I'm somewhat hoping that The Hobbit will give me some awesome models to paint, but I'd use them as a piece of art and not as a gaming set.
Similarly, having played a small amount of 6th, 7th & 8th gen. Warhammer, I can freely say that some changes are a nightmare to make heads or tails of. One change which irritates me is the new idea of magical items. Yes, from a background and literary standpoint, it makes perfect sense that not all races would share a collection of "common" magical items, but in gameplay terms, it complete flips the table for some races.

On the subject of a Blood Bowl 25th Anniversary... from GW, I'm not expecting anything. I mean, it's Jervis' brainchild, and was a product of GW at one stage, but they relinquished control of the system to the community. So unless they plan to bring out some new teams, like they did with the Human team and the Ogre models, I can't see them doing anything to acknowledge it.

I feel the same for 40k. I played a game of Apocalypse and was bored to tears. It's just an excuse to get players to hand over a fortune for a massive army.
