Any idea regarding the format of the league? Also, any chance you will let existing Crunch Cup teams join or will it be all new teams?

If all new, perhaps we can just run something parallel to yours. Although we may just finish the Crunch Cup, as it was originally meant as a stop-gap until you created the league. We can always just gauge continuing interest in the Crunch Cup and decide at that time.

I'm all for having a bbtactics gazette to complement the league. If anyone has ideas on regular articles that could be part of the gazette, be sure to post up your ideas (perhaps in a separate thread).
