CD, Lizzies and Necro don't belong in tier 2 - all solidly tier 1 teams.

FF-fields are great, both roll ups and the "jigsaw" ones - can work out expensive if you're looking at getting club ones.

Must not forget that Undeads are the best ranked NAF team, I would move them to tier 1 ASAP. I would think about humans and perhaps place them in tier 2.

I think you need to adjust which teams are in which tier, other than that seems perfectly reasonable.

Wood Elves are perhaps the strongest tournament team and you've not listed them, should be T1.

Undead are easily the second strongest if not the strongest, you only have to see how they dominate the NAF rankings. They should also be T1 and not 2 as you have them.

Humans should be T2, I'd also move Elves and High Elves there as well.

Necromantic, Choas Dwarf and Lizardmen should probably also move to T1 as suggested.

Good Luck, hope it goes well!

For tournaments its best to start out with plenty of skills and the Glasscanon of the Norse is exelent for most typical NAF tourneys, as each team normaly only get 5 or 6 skills in total and no player may take more than one of these skills. So starting out with block on all players are a huge advantage.

High elfs however strugle alot as they cost alot and have fewer start skills - they are propably the worst of the elfs for this format.

And yes I do know that weird tournament formats excists

Ok ... that makes sense. AV7 isn't as bad in NAF resurrection Tournaments. Amazons in Tier 1 then...
