| Great read, especially as I would consider myself an intermediate level coach. I find myself already doing a majority of the things you suggest in the article. Though I definitely learned enough to improve my game! So thank you for that. | I would add also that if you have a loner player, you should only ever try and reroll his results in the most dire of circumstances. It's just not worth a 50% chance of losing a reroll AND still failing your roll. Though that was covered in Coach's Loner article, but it's still something that a lot of newer players fall victim too from what I've seen. |
