Background:
Ladies and gentlemen I'd like to introduce you to the newest team to really make waves in Crunch Cup history...C'Mon Hu Man! We plan to really show the world exactly what the fairer race can do when it comes to running, passing, hitting, scoring, and hitting on the pitch! It took a new General Manager, Americas Finest (by name and by title) to really put together one of the best squads Humans have seen in a while! Their star player, Tulsa Toddy, is looking to put the team on his back, or arm in this case, and really throw them into the top of the rankings. THe big man in the middle, Oklahoma Orenthal, flanked by the Lonnie Brothers, look to really open things up for the back line and really become a great part of the world!

Well, well, an early push to find the true death of the Vampires proves mediocre as the amazing group of talent put together could only manage a 1-1 tie. After the pure gangster Ladell Long Beach put the boots to a Fangster, he was thrown out of the game putting us at a -1 disadvantage for the rest of the game. Effective pressure let the boys capitalize on a distracted Vamp and take it back the other way for the early score. The boys then just couldn't stop falling madly in love with the deep eyes of the Liberators as only twice were they able to look away and stay focused on the match.

We were able to gain some tough, ready to brawl fans and a little change to improve the team! We could throw tons of bling on the Lonnie Brothers, but we'll just let it roll forward!

America's Finest

What's up Hu Man Fans! It's the owner of the team, America's Finest, with another update from the pitch. Our second match puts us against a stank Nurgle team and you can believe we'll all need to clean up after this!

This was a rough and tumble game. The boys tried and tried all through the first half to break down the Nurgle defense, and no significant plays were made. I mean, literally, the Hu Man friends started to play games of "Watch the Paint Dry" as the team couldn't move anything.

After kicking off, the boys really realized they could be one of the winless teams and went on the attack. They had their eyes on one particular rotter, one who was able to help out no matter who was around, and after pounding and pounding they finally got the Red Cross on him and he will not be any help next game.

Unfortuantely, this game isn't about taking people out, but taking the ball in. As the humans went back for defense, the Nurgle stank got stronger up the sideline. The humans gave it their all, but a last ditch single die set up ended in a and the pesky Pesti was able to walk unscathed to the end zone.

The boys didn't give up though, they played for the win. Setting up deep in the Nurgle end, Tulsa Toddy pushed up the sideline eyeing a man in the end zone. But just as he got prepared to make a game tying throw, one of the NWs let loose something that could only come from days of drinking Bugman's best, and he fumbled the pass on the last turn.

The Council saw it fit to give ol' Blue the MVP, and as good as the team could be, no one from this match was able to step forward and improve.
