History:

The Necromatic group CRAPUS (Coach Recycling And Positive Use Syndicate) feels that the creation of the ultimate Blood Bowl team requires the strongest of spirits. Players are selected from the best stock of Blood Bowl's elite coaches. Puny bodies are replaced with mighty creations and the hunger to play...

Crunch Cup was chosen... and the chosen of Crunch Cup are now on the field !! May Nuffle show us victory... or grant skulls to our enemies

Trials of the recent creations begin. 20/Oct/2011

First field test was against a new group of green skinned abberations called Orcs. This group seems to name themselves the "Tribal Terror" (Gallows Bait). Though their capacity for social cohesion and cooperation seem limited. Some intelligence seems to have guided their steps... investigations are pending.

Test was considered medium. Though the playing units performed well, group synergy seems lacking in blockage power. Speed units underperfomed in ball handling as well. "Barmution" ghoul unit became seriously damaged and unavailable for the next event. It is not wise to allocate norse names since the norse are well known for their fragility in Blood Bowl.

Events transpired as described below:

1st Half
- Promising beggining as the Wight "John McGuirk" gouged an orc linemen's eye on the very first attack. LOS dishes out.
- "Barmution"ghoul fails to pickup ball... orcs draw in.
- "Dreamy Wolf" blitzes down Orc and picks up ball. Runs to midfield to keep ball safe.
- Barmution the ghoul crowdsurfs the 1st orc.
- Overall an attempt to force the right flank in progress. "Danton" the Wight faces a Black Orc by himself... and KOs him !!
- Flesh Golems feel the pressure on the LOS as the orcs try to head to the sidelines... one of them "Mico Selva" is stunned mid field. "Millandson" stunned too !
- "Dreamy Wolf" feints a run to the left side... ponders... rushes back and tries to pass the ball to Barmution... Barmution has never touched a ball and drops it ! There goes the chance to rush alone to the endzone.
- Orcs put the pressure on the sidelines... John McGuirk makes an opening... Dreamy Wolf picks up the ball and blitzes out of the pocket...
- Rushing to the end zone, but then a black orc gets free... and blitzes ! Both down ! Orc stunned. Wolf gets up... looks around... dazed... tries to pick up the ball... and fails ! 1st Half over... (remember to adjust werewolf and ghoul in order to better handle the ball)

2nd Half
- Orcs receiving ! 11 Necro vs 9 Orcs
- Barmution kicks perfectly to orc's right side. Orcs head to defense and feel outnumbered.
- Dreamy Wolf gets a bit too hungry and trying to crowdsurf stops at sidelines... gets himself thrown out by a Black Orc !! Big loss.
- "Gallows Bait" the zombie keeps it up and crowdsurfs the very same Black Orc. Crunch Cup Elite surround the ball carrier.
- Ball is handed over to blitzer "Morkmar"... the semi-retarded green thing RUNS !?! Daring his chances... dodges by "Mico Selva" unscathed to the midfield. Goes for it 2 more steps... and is ok... too far too be blitzed.
- Necros ponder their options... Zombie "Viajero" makes an opening and Flesh Golem "Netsmurf" goes for it twice... to stand right behind the orc. Wights come in support... but not fast enough. Orc blitzer takes his chances... dodges out... and TOUCHDOWN ! 1 - 0 to the green things.

Turn 13... hhmmmm

- Orcs kick it out... Barmution ghoul gets ball.. all speed to the left flank.
- Flesh Golems and zombies attempt to hold back and mark Black orcs and far side blitzers.
- Wight "Danton" blitzes ahead but fails to put down Tribal orc. Most of the heavy units are on the left side. Wolf escorts ball ghoul.
- Orcs start to pressure... and the rush stalls... then is flattened. Barmution feels the first of what might be many pinched nerves and injuries... Wights attempt to get the ball to the end zone... but Orc muscle prevails... Game Over.

Flesh Golem "Mico Selva" = MVP (though he let that blitzer get by unscathed)

After all the good advice I have given you recently, I am shocked and appalled that I am not on the team! I will admit that FTJUK is not that awe inspiring a name but it's an acronym.

Cool theme though. Made me laugh when I saw it!

Oh god, I got injured the very first match! Bodes well, this does not You're probably going to end up with a lot of Barmutions over the course of the team's career.

On a side note, I seriously doubt I should feature in any team with 'Elite' in its name, but I'm honored to serve (until death, or worse)...

Barmution, ghoul version, did fine. Yet like most norse can't take the beating back or drinking. I'll probably have to face Gallow's orcs again... since he too is one down.

NetSmurf, the golem, "just" had to handle Black Orcs. Darn... orcs are cheap !!

I should also commend Gallows Bait, the human being, for a well played match. He certainly took the risks at the right moment !! (soon the name mixing will be confusing lol) I did put his zombie on the LOS... and he still unabashedly beat up his namesake !

I once played against a Norse team over at the New Ogham private league that had all of its players named after coaches in the same league. One of their berserkers was called Danton and he killed one of my Amazon catchers!
