So I played against a chaos dwarf team tonight and I got my self a fine but very frustrating 2-1 win. First turn was a treat as I bady hurt a dwarf and then later in turn 4 did it again to another dwarf He did not get any against me until late in second half.

But as always I failed alot of 3+ rolls, I simply can´t roll 3+ when I have to - very frustrating. Good thing was that my wrestle gutter got the MVP and he skilled up for a some strip ball, so now Im ready to blitz 2 dice against and steal the ball

Bad thing was that my thrower got MNG and a lino got -AV.

Played against a chaos pact team and got my self a nice but very expensive win 4-1. However I lost my claw blitzer to a sudden dose of death

Managed to get my Guard gutter a normal skill for for block and also a lino got a comp to get Dirty player - MHUAHAHAHAHAHAHA they take away my claws, I bring out my ironclad boots of stomping.

Last match before the playoffs was a nice win over a nurgle team. The very first nurgle team I met and did a 1-1 draw against in my first game of the season. This time however I did a 3-0 win.

He desided to recieve and then I started to hurt him My rookie blitzer managed to get a warrior down, and even better did a MNG with failed regen Then my dirty player went into action, KO´ing 2 rotters and a mighty blow goat So with him down to 7 and me on 10, he did a mistake and left me with a 2 dice against option on his ball carrier, in goes my Wrestle, Strip baller - so nice, then he dodges away again, away from the Beast and runs to safety. So I do a pass after getting the ball in a TZ. Stall, stall and stall until turn 8 and score. Did a few passes to farm Spp.

Second half and he gets 2 of the KO´s back, but I score in 2 turns

Then I manage to strip his ball again, but he gets it back and tries a desperation pass to a warrior but the catch is not to be. So I steal the ball and runs towards my endzone. I could not get anywhere with the ball. My blodger survives the blitz and then does a 3+, 2+ dodge to pass 3+, 2+ catch and a handoff to my thrower and away for 3-0. Very nice

Only two players got MNG my blitzer and a blodge, side step gutter. I got 3 skillrolls, so side step on my blodge gutter with AV6. Then a normal on one thrower and a double on the second thrower. Both skills are their first skills. I have desided to go with Accurate on the normal roll. But what to do with the double roll?

This means that if no matches are played before next monday, they my team is seeded as #1

Update time, my opponant for the quarterfinals was not able to show up or get time off from the family during the holidays, so I got a walkover. Thats the same as 1 random TD, 1 MVP (always random) but also winnings as a winner and +1FF to bring it to 8. And it even meant that I could field all players for the first time since match 1 The MVP landed on my mighty blow blitzer and he rolled 6+5

The Semifinal was against an evil Amazon team, with a ST4 bitch and a diving tackler and 3 guards blitzers. They even had surehands on a thrower I was topdog with 1520 TV against 1510, but the bastard took full advantage and put in 50k to get a babe - evil man

He desided to kick and I set up a nice turn 2 scoring chain only to fail a 2+ dodge with good old snakeeyes to leave all in a heap of trouble The ball changed hands a few times and finaly I got a chance to pass a 4+ for TD, naturaly good old snakeeyes came by again. The ball then did the most amazing bouncing to end in the centersquare of the pitch on his LOS. That was a six times failure to catch the bouncing ball run as it went from the second square in the left widezone

He pick the ball up with the surehands thrower, but passed it to a blitzer with guard and standfirm, no sure hands and a blitz later the ball was stripped to the ground Then came a little heroplay: 3+ dodge, 4+ dodge, 4+ pick up, 3+ dodge, 2+ dodge failure....reroll....yes succes and then zoom Im out of here. Stalling to turn 8 and scoring to go up with 1 by half time. I could field 10 players for second half and he had 11, but his diving tackler was out MNG

Second half and he fails his pick up with the none sure hands thrower, and then desides not to reroll, ZOOOOOOOMMMMM, GFI GFI GFI GFI PU my ball Then we had a delightfull scrum but I managed to get the ball away and stall until turn 5, giving him only 3 turns to get 2 TD´s. He then gave up or missed the turn he was in, as he did not set up to score in turn 7, so I just screened my important guys and he could score in turn 8. Then he got the blitz that could have forced the match into overtime had he scored in turn 7, so with no deaths from this game I face either Undead, Underworld or Necro in the final.

I got one skill roll on a gutter, its a normal, the gutter have blodge, side step, so I will wait and see what I face in the final before desiding. Ideas are welcome though

So that was a total and utter disaster, after 5 turns I only had 4 players left on the pitch. I still managed to get the ball on the ground, but naturally failed a 3+ dodge with reroll to end that turn. My opponant had the extreme blessing from Nuffle in the bag to make it an easy game for him. Even when he forgot about my guard gutter and blitzed my blodge/sidestep gutter with one dice only. He just rolled and did a MNG on the gutter Moments later he killed my guard gutter and in the end I suffered 8 casualties and lost by 0-2.

It was a match so horrible that I got loads of beer as consolation. Every time I had the chance to do something - it failed. I did turnovers on 2+ with reroll, 3+ with reroll, and of course also a couple of

Ahh well runner up this season and winner last season is still very nice, but Im affraid that this match just destroyed the team and it will not see the field again Perhaps I shall sell them as rats on a stick in order to start a new team next season. They are funny to play those rats
