MD1, Golden Reptiles vs Batten down the hatches. Lizards win and choose to receive. A riot starts the match but the game starts as with no turns lost. Humans set up balanced as the Lizrds press the line to their left. Lizards knock the line about, using a reroll on a bothdown x2. A skink collects the ball but the hand off fails leaving the ball on the floor by the sideline. Blitzer Murdok blitzes in, knocking a the skink over following his failed catch. Hes now ready to assist with the pick up. Blitzer Hanibal tries to pick up the ball and fails with a 1, reroll, 2. The ball is again by the sideline, this time with 2 blitzers by it. Lizards block Murdok, he falls onto the ball which bounces to Hanibal who catches this time. With murdok next to him the blitz leaves Hanibal no where to go but out of bounds. He's KOd. The ball goes out of bounds and the fans throw it to where the lizards are massed in midfield. The Krox boneheads and this time the skink cant pick up the ball with a reroll. Humans reposition. The Professor, team Ogre, rolls attacker down x2. Luckily the reroll works and he downs the saurus. A gang foul KOs him. A skink collects the ball and breaks for the endzone with a loose screen covering, as a team using 4 dodges and 3 GFIs. The skinks covering good ground. Murdok smashes a skink sending him off with a pinched nerve. Blitzer Face can get a 2 dice block but he'll need to GFI... 1, reroll 1. turnover and lizards can score. Lizards chance throwing a couple of blocks and then score 1-0 Reptiles The ball goes deep, all the human blitzers have set up on the left as Lizards can only field 9 players, a skink injures and saurus KOd. A rock downs the Krox and a lineman, both on scrimage. A blitz KOs a skink as 2 blitzers pour into the backfield. Thrower Vic picks up the ball and moves up. The professor boneheads to leave a gap in the sideline to sideline screen protecting Vic. A saurus runs the gap, goes for it and blitzes Vic, downing him and freeing the ball. A skink follows him through but falls on his GFI. The Ogre comes around and the lizards have left him alone so he drops back to assist near the downed ball, a blitzer also comes to help. Lineman Johnny Concrete, he only thought he was going to assist the pick up this drive, blites the saurus and gets a push on 2 dice. The saurus is pushed into the ball which bouncesbetween the downed Vic and Johhny who catches it on the second attempt, that means Vic cant get it to pass upfield... Lizards attempt to counter. The Krox gets a push but a Saurus scores bothdown/attackerdown ending the turn. At midfield 3 blitzers overpower a saurus freeing up blitzer Face. Johnny concrete runs to midfield and hands off to face who burns away down field out of reach. Lizards turn over on their first block again, 2 rerolls and no block is really hurting the lizards right now. Face runs it in as the half time whistle blows 1-1 Halftime Both Lizards KOs come around and the set ups are similar to the last drive. Brilliant coaching gives both teams a reroll. The ball goes deep and Hatches are feeling confident, the score is tied and they start with posession. both deep men drop back, Vic not quite reaching the ball but he stands next to it. First play blitzer BA sprints around a saurus to blitz a skink and cant GFI with a reroll. Double 1 to GFI for the second time this game. Hatches turn ends as soon as it started and momentum seems to be slipping away. A blitz puts a hole in the humans defences and 3 GFIs put a saurus and a skink by the thrower and limneman near the ball. 2 back to back blocks on the line send linemen off badly hurt. This is not looking good after turn 9. For the second turn in a row the Hatches turn ends on the first roll of the Dice. Thrower Vic dodges into the open to pick up the ball scoring 2, reroll, 1, falling over. This looks bad for Hatches. Lizards are near the ball, which bounced into the open, with great field position. The Krox throws another crunching block KOing a lineman, the skink easily picks up the ball and runs it in for the score. 2-1 Reptiles. 2 devastating turns have changed this game completely. Hatches are outnumbered now 10 players to 9 as cheering fans give Reptiles another reroll, they now have 4 after 2 turns. A poor kick gives the touch back, blitzer hannibal has the ball near the line. A Saurus on the line is over powered by 3 blitzers letting Hannibal to go through as Hatches mark up all the Saurus to keep him safe. Lizards respond, a smart block on the line frees up a saurus who goes for it to blitz the ball carrier. he fails his GFI but passes after a reroll, only managing a push , though Hanibal is now stuck against the sideline. Hatches need a big play to turn this around. A 1 dice block frees up a blitzer to blitz the Saurus off the ball carrier. This downs the Lizard allowing Hanibal to make one dodge to head towards the endzone. Having not used a reroll this turn and only being 2 squares out, Hanibal chances a GFI, success. A second GFI... SUCCESS! 2-2 Lizards have the numerical advantage, 10-9 as a high kick gets a skink under the ball who fails the catch. After a reroll he picks it up and moves behind the line at midfield., both linemen are downed, one stunned. A mis position allows The professor to push a lizard to the right creating a gap up the middle. After a bltizer marked the assisting saurus blitzer Mrudok blitzes the ball carrier knocking him down. The ball doesnt go any where. Mudok needs a 4 to pick up, he fails, rerolls, fails. The ball bounces on the downed skink back to murdoock who fails a 3rd time! Getting ready to surround the ball a misclick sends a linemen to dodge through 3 kroxigor tacklezones... he surprisingly doesn;t make it. Turn over. Lizards get there own share of poor dice, a block goes attacker down x2, reroll, attackerdown/both down. Thrower vic runs to scoop up the ball and capitalise with one lizard and a blitzer there to cancel each other out. Sure hands is not enough to pick up. Vic is left staring at a saurus who flattens him. a Skink collects the ball first time and makes 2 GFIs to break down field. A fellow skink follows to screen, going for it twice, this time needing a reroll as a saurus KOs another lineman. The last chance to stop the ball carrier ends when blitzer face makes an ambitious dodge through a tacklezone to blitz the ball carrier but with no rerolls left it was only an outside chance, he falls. The lizards badly hurt Vic nut the match is all but over. Reptiles run it in for the score. Final score 3-2 Reptiles Quite frustrating. Looking at the stats I got 11 1's in 42 single dice rolls. Double most other individual results and over double the 5 6's I got. Thats bloodbowl, it just means someone else is going to have to suffer that game in the near future when my players can do no wrong. On the plus side I suffered nothing worse that badly hurt and have now bought an apothecary. Good game Frenzor, good luck with the rest of your season.

Wow! Cheers, that made for a good read. I think we both had our share of bad luck in that game, although I've probably used up all my lucky GFIs for the entire season! Some damn good fun, and im more than satisfied with leveling two players and being able to buy an apothecary. Look forward to reading more match reports

Cheers for the game Frenz. 2 rerolls and no block always makes for turnovers early. yYour 3 injuries/3 touchdowns should speed you on towards block. I got enough money for an apothecary and still have 40k towards my first substitute. No injuries worse than badly hurt so Ill take it. My Ogre got MVP so he just needs to break someone down for his first skill and 3 of my blitzers have ssp. No skill ups but next game I could get a boat load... If I can get around those dwarves. Don't think I've ever played a game before where over 25% of dice results were 1's...

Well that was a disaster. ![]() Thanks for the game Netsmurf. ![]() Its funny, I used to play Skaven but gave up when I kept losing all my players (the old Random Events used to keep the Skaven in the money so they could replace losses), so I take up Orcs and Dwarfs etc, to see what resilience is like. But no such luck in this game. ![]() I suspect I broke Wood Elf armour only 2 or 3 times. Whereas I lost 3 players. 1 Dead Goblin, and two LineOrcs who are MNG. Which means that I only have Positionals left. But at least I will get some journeymen in my next game. ![]() If Netsmurf would like to write a report, work away I can do it if you don't want to.

In the singleplayer mode it is possible to get a short overview of the match, if that is also possible for internet matches I can write the report, otherwise it is safe to say that software liked me today.

Welcome sportsfan to a exciting start on the league. On one side we have the Orc team Ironjaw Chieftans (CHI) and on the other we have woodelfs Amaīr Treehuggers United (TRE). The coin is tossed and CHI desides to recieve. The elfs kick is out of bounds and orc thrower Gramnast gets the ball. The orcs form a cage a little to the left side. Further down the pitch Goblin Itsham gets a little to close to the side line and he is crowd surfing early in the game. And look how the crowd kills him, it is gore galore and on the middle mighty treeman Rosebud KOīs Varag GougīLiver. The cage moves to the right. But there goes Rosebud again, smashing the knee on pour Grambad. Gunnar thinks he will miss a game due to that injury. Rosebud now breathing down Gramnastīs neck. The orc takes a dodge away and throws a short pass forward to Galth, after some airballing he gets the ball and makes a TD. 1-0 for CHI CHI fields 8 players, TRE 11.Perfect defence and Bullseye misses a pick up but the orcs canīt reach it. TRE rush into CHIīs left side Bullseye pick up this time and runs forward, TRE makes a lose screen around him. CHI desides to gang up on Rosebud - battling 5 orcs he finaly goes down and Galth runs to mark Bullseye. Avengelyne blitzes Galth away and run for the endzone, Bullseye runs along a passes to her and soon after she scores a TD. 1-1 : CHI fields 9 as Varag returns from KO, TRE still 11Quick snap and Gramnast takes the ball close to scrimage, but trying to hurt an elf black orc Gorfang downs both and leaves an oppening in the defence. Avengelyne sees this and KOīs Gramnast, while Fathom dodges, leaps, pick up the ball and goes for it all she can to put distance to CHI players. In a desperate ploy Lineman Surruk stands up at the sideline to lure the Elfs into a failure, but as Galth stumbles on his way to Fathom TRE capitalise and gives Surruk to the crowd. Happy with that they Gouged his eye. Fathom runs in just before halftime whistle for a TD. 2-1 for TRE: 2nd half Gramnath still KO CHI 7 players, TRE 11.Quick snap and Bullseye moves in for the catch and Rosebud hurts Varag badly. No bashing on elfs for the orcs. TRE puts preasure down the middle, but leaves room for a one man blitz in the back of Bullseye. Riknast goes there but he hesitates and is downed himself. Avengelyne runs for the endzone and Bullseye throws her the ball. Avengelyne makes and easy score. 3-1 for TRE: Gramnast returns to the pitch, CHI 7 and TRE 11 players.A riot breaks out and it lasts for 3 turns before the ref gets it under control. The game is over but the orcs make a pass and the ref ends the game. Gunnar Longtounge - Blahvile Gazette And uphill game for the orcs, they only broke magic elf armour 7 three times.
