| Hi guys I currently have a Wood Elf league team around 1900 TV. I have 2 pretty shot-up Wardancers, and my question revolves around whether to fire them or not. #1 is lvl 5 but has -2 AV, #2 is lvl 4 and has -1 AV. They score lots of touchdowns and are built to primarily take down carriers and as secondary defenders (mix of Strip Ball, Side Step, Jump Up, Dauntless, Tackle), but my catchers are developed enough to fill the hole if I should lose a Wardancer, at least for the TD part. My gut feeling is to keep them until they die or get a really serious injury, like -ST or -AG. They do, however, spend a lot of time in the box or stunned, since I play them pretty suicidally. That's 200+ TV x2 bound in unstable resources. I have been considering firing #1 to start developing a new Wardancer (I have the money). What are your thoughts? |

| For me they are targets. I'd replace them both if you can afford to. A new Wardancer is a great player. They can come in straight-away and be stars. Fire number 1 and keep number 2 only until you can afford her replacement. |

| Yep, an Av 5 Wardancer is basically a snotling in drag! |

| Get rid of the AV5 as fast as possible - any further SPP on that one is a waste |

| I'm with Barninho... fire the worse and keep the other until your new Wardancer has some skills.

| You are a gutsy man, I'll give you that. With my Wood Elves, a -1 AV is an automatic firing, no matter their level or who they are.

| Just another voice to the choir - imo you should replace the AV 5 one with a new one, once that one has 5TD + 1 Comp (Strip Ball + Tackle if lacking doubles/stats) then you can replace the other one, taking sidestep first, then tackle and finally strip ball.

| I too think you have to tell them politly that it is time for you to part ways. Also consider that if you fire them - without substitutions, you will have a probably quite cable team around 1500TV. And as you said you have been doing pretty well with them hanging in the dugout most of some matches. |

| If winning matches is more important for You than developing the team, and You feel like these guys/gals help You with this goal, keep exploiting them! ![]() AV is not the crucial stat for Wardancers, and starting AV7 is not very reliable anyway. These guys should avoid getting hit in the first place. However, if they spend more time off the pitch than on it, not contributing to the match at all, they should be considered a TV bloat and cut. BTW, even if You don't replace them, they will replace themselves eventually, either by getting more serious injuries (like You said, -ST, -AG) or by outright dying.
