[Rules] Garden Bowl - august 13.

Our club is hosting the Garden Bowl, and as the name says we bet heavy on the weather to be nice. Its a one day tourney with 5 matches - swiss draw all the way.

The 21 teams from CRP and the 3 other teams (slann, underworld, pact) are allowed.

1.1 mill to create the team. Skill selection: Before registration, two normal skills and one skill where you deside what you rolled Could be +ST, +AG or what ever. No player may recieve more than one skill.

After match 3 you get another set with 2 normal and one any table. If any of you lot want to play just let me know. I think we can find accommodation.

Last year I won the beer cup - dont know who won the tourney, but it was great fun.

Im considering to enter with undead as this is the last tourney I get to play before the worldcup.

Good luck, thats a heavy day to squeeze 5 matches in. Im doing the strongbowl in August. Think Ill be taking woodelves. 1.1 mil.

Yeah on Amager - Ama´r is number 1!

Its 3 or 4 stops with the metro from Kastrup Airport, very easy to get to the venue, normaly very hard to walk in a straight line away from the venue late in the night

Still, I've already got two more trips booked up this summer. Just had to ask in case you'd gotten a bump on the noggin' and decided that the King's Garden in Stockholm was the Garden in question

The 1100 for creation is before applying the 3 skills allowed, correct? It includes basically new players, rerolls, apo, Ass. Coaches, Cheer. and FF, no?

Yeah, 1.1 mill before skills.

Cool, thanks. And the skills in 3rd round can they be applied to the same 3 pieces that got skills at the beginning or has to be always 1 skill maximum per piece?

Only one skill pr player as of yet. Final rules should be ready this monday

Yes I won the beer cup again, but only finished in the middle of the tourney.

First match was against an Orc team without the troll. I managed to break him and score in the first half and then I scored to 2-0 in my drive but with 4 turns left on the clock. Then came a riot which forced him to pass the ball it was very sunny, but with a 6 he was spot on, I could not take down the ball carrier and he managed to dodge away and score. Then he got a blitz and was able to onedice my carrier. The ball went into the crowd and they put it next to my players, but I could not pick the ball up, with a reroll He did it without any trouble and also made the GFI´s for a draw - and he had no rerolls left for the last four turns

Second match was a nightmare. I faced a norse team and everything he tried just succed, and nothing I tried worked. Lost 0-3 and was also down 2-5 in cas. He only use a reroll if he was unsatisfied with a neutral block Never one turnover or a failed catch or dodge or nothing. The worst part was that I had plenty of chances to take his carrier out, but the ball would just bounce to him or I failed the pick up

Third match was an admin win as we were an uneven number. So I got myself a little nap

Fourth match was again some orc team. The match was quite close but in the end I got a 2-1 win. In turn 7 I failed a dodge with reroll to get to safety with the ball and go 2-0, instead he long bombed the ball to an orc blitzer and made the catch to go 1-1 I recived in second half and grinded those orcs and scored late in the half for the win

Fifth match was against a chaos dwarf team. He had won his first four matches and nobody could reach his firstplace. We went for a battle untill turn 14 were he managed to scored But I managed to handoff the ball in a TZ and dodge with dodgeskill used and 1 GFI to draw the match at 1-1. I was the only one to take points from him

Ended with a 2-2-1 (WDL) record and fourth spot, sadly we were only 7 players
