Been a long time reader of Coach's articles on players and skill progression.
Only just followed the link to the Forums here, so thought I'd say hi.

Currently only playing in the online LABBL season 4, as my TT league seems to have ground to a halt.

Been a fan of Blood Bowl since the Astrogranite pitch ed.
Loved the background and the artwork, plus being a NFL fan helped too.

I used to be a big Oakland Raiders fan from around 1980 onwards, but stopped following the NFL in general around the time they moved back to Oakland from LA.

A Vikes fan myself. I got into Football when I lived in the states, picked up the game from locker room chat, playing madden and watching Monday night football.

At the time John Randle was going through his braveheart phase, putting on his war paint and talking trash... before they threatened him with fines for intimidating the opposition. Good times, how my Vikes never fail to disappoint, season upon season.

Whats with the name?

Im also from the land of Aus, but live in Japan. Do you play the Cyanide game? If so, it would be great to play against you as most people are in UK time zone, so im used to 5am games.

Hey Narly,

It's the name of one of the characters in a Fantasy novel I've been slowly working on for the last 15 years...

I play the cyanide game, but not on cyanides crappy servers.
I'm involved in the Little Aussie Blood Bowl League.

Currently coach of the much feared Orc team "The Red Maw" last season's Div 1 premiers.
But I also have a Dark Elf team, that is having a season off - "The Hand of Khaine"

We've in round 4 of our regular season, but we have an open league called Purgatory, which you can play games in to experiment with teams and unscheduled matches.

Thanks Yvraith, will check it out sometime and give it a go.

I used to play on Cyanide using the matchmaking service, but found that its not as fun as playing in a league. So then we created an informal league on this forum, which my Lizard team, The Pink Panzies, managed to win. I'm sitting out the current season though as im overseas for a while. Once i get back, i will check out the Aussie league.
