| Hi! I'm a 23 year old programmer from Hungary. I'm fairly new to BB, though I wanted to try it since I first saw it around 2000. I love reading tactics and tips, but I only have like 5-6 matches behind my back. Sorry if my english isn't grammatically correct, since it's not my native language, I try to improve. Cheers, Alfred |

| I'm pretty sure your English is better than everyone else's Hungarian, so I wouldn't worry about it. Welcome to the forum!

| First things first, let me thank for the welcome. I'm still trying to find the team that fits me the best, I've tried Orcs (that was a really brutal match ending with 4 deaths, 2 MNG, and an AV injury, also this was my only tabletop match), Chaos (against friends, won 4/4, all BOTOCS) and Goblin for laughs (against my bride, who defeated me with her Dark Elves, also BOTOCS). We are currently starting a league for ourselves (about 10 people), which I start with Chaos Dwarves. So I guess we'll see. |

| Let me add some more welcomes then. And also a pointer for your English - your woman is only your bride for one day, after that she is your wife. ![]() (Unless of course you played Blood Bowl with her on your wedding night, in which case you used the right word ![]() Other than that, your English looks good enough to manage these forums. Just make sure to ask if our English is too bad or weird for you. What does BOTOCS mean? Is it BOTOCS Home page ? |

| BOTOCS is like javabowl but for LRB5+6. The new fumbbl client is better than it from a gameplay standpoint, though you have to use that through the fumbbl website unfortunately. Would be great if that was feel for others to implement a server for so that a proper division could be set up with random opponents rather than TV match making which causes rules issues.

| Radfred.. Goblins and Chaos are always going to be challenging particularly for a new coach. Good choice with Chaos Dwarf. Ive just started coaching them. I have found they are a good blend of strength and speed. Best advice IMO- the Bulls are the key. So have both from the start and get them block asap. Coach.. You have put together an awesome site. Its been really helpful. Thanks for all your hard work. |

| Coaching the Goblin team was a nightmare. Plus I'll have to listen to my girl's bragging for the rest of my life. Yesterday I played a draw with my Chaos Dwarves, but it was all my fault that we couldn't win. The team itself is really good, even if someone (me) is having hard time with dice rolls. |
