So does anyone else do this? I'm playing humans and named the first characters I bought after characters from 2000AD

So I had:

Blitzers

Johnny Alpha (now deceased)
Wolff Sternhammer
Judge Dredd
Slaine

Throwers

Sinister
Dexter

Catcher

Judge Anderson

Not only that but I'm trying to give them skills in keeping with their characters. Dredds got might blow, guard and pro. I just gave Slaine leap.

Anyone else do that? Not necessarily 2000AD characters but other fictional ones and then skill them up as per their character? It makes the game harder as you don't always get the optimum skills but it is fun to see Dredd move up before everyone else on the team and be my star character all the way through.

I don't name their replacements either and that way I will be able to see at the end of the tournament who made it from the start.

Naturally judge caligula will get dirty player when he levels up!
