| Hmm... you lack some tackle so you could use his +AG to get a mobile ballsacker. Otherwise turn him into a ballhandler with big hands, lets you pick up on 2+ anywhere in any kind of weather or give him strong arm for a nice 2+ short pass - that really open up options for your. And it is funny to play a passing game with nurgle, when all your opponants passing games are shot down |

| I agree. A ball hunter with Big Hands, Two Heads and Tackle/Strip Ball could give your opponent some serious nightmares. |

| The other pestigor has sure hands and has tended to be my ball handler... |

| Statistics wise... when is Big Hand better than Sure Hands ? With 1-2 tackle zones only I would say sure hands for AG4. No ? Last edited by Lebe666; 9th October 2011 at 05:59 PM. |

| Big Hand is useful in the rain, or when you have to pick it up in 2+ TZs. That's a -2 for TZs , -1 with a player next to the ball, or -1 for rain, and those sorts of modifiers can really hinder a AGI 3 player, who has, at best, a 3+ to pickup. That's with no TZs, no rain and one or more players next to the ball for +1 to pickup rolls. What you also have to bear in mind, is that it's no bad thing to have 2 ball-carriers - you aren't always going to have the one you currently possess in range of the ball or even on the pitch, and an AGI 4 Goat is somewhat wasted if you choose not to use the Agility. Personally, I'd follow John's skill tree and branch him off as a ball-hunter/ back-up ball-carrier.

| Thanks Valokiloren... its true that the focus must be using Agility. I'm pending towards ball handling skills. What about extra arms ? It would be +1 in picking up. So 1 less than big hand in a 2 tackle zone situation... and still help catch and intercept. |

| Just look back at your last few games and see what you've failed most often with. Dodges into TZ? Pickups in TZ? (Or have you avoided them? How many were it then?). Knocking down blodgers? Getting the ball loose from non-surehanders?

| Went to see a replay for exactly that... and this particular pestigor was KO for 80% of the first game I saw again... ![]() From the BB Manager I would say he fails a dodge per game and a pickup every other game... usually due to rolling 1's. So I figure maybe getting re rolls (sure hands or dodge) is more practical. Otherwise its always a 1 in 6 chance of failing with fumbles. If it were a doubles roll... dodge would be perfect for him. What has a greater chance in picking up a Ball in 2 Tacklezones for this AG4 pestigor ? a) Sure hands for reroll with 4+ b) Extra arms for single roll of 3+ Last edited by Lebe666; 10th October 2011 at 01:18 AM. |
