Went with dodge on both as advised here... seems ok.

Faced Maniehl and Nightworm... seem to have come out winner in both. 5 victories... zero draws or defeats.

Gave Wrestle to a LOS lineman... but thinking an extra sneaky git would have been better. 2 sneaky gits too much ?

Got dodge too for rookie blitzer finally ! 8 matches for 1st skill ?!

I actually had some trouble with my first (and second and third) elf teams to lvl up Blitzers... These days I have the opposite.. at any time if I can score with a blitzer I will... makes alot of difference. Just look at most experienced living player in CC! :-)

And Sneaky git.. I don't know.. I never foul. Never. Maybe I should start... but it always seems I have to few players to gamble... and the times I have had a dedicated fouler.. he always gets evicted first chance he gets... :-/

dodge on the other hand is golden. Since it keeps you guys up more, and get them to where they need to be more. You only have MV6, so dodge is great.

Its true... in any other team Blitzers score more... mine having no NoS end up not scoring... must change that...

As for fouling... against really tough teams like Ogres & Orcs... its not a choice... its a necessity. Taking out a PO orc is literally lifesaving.

Another win to keep me in the Top 100 in FOL

So one more dead lineman Zouk Dancer IV
My rookie thrower didn't die... but close enough... got a niggling injury.


** My 2nd Blitzer "Prima Ballerina" got a lvl up... rolled 6+4 = +1 move/armor or normal skill. Already has Dodge & regular block/SS.

Do I take the Armor to be AV9 ? Move ? Skill ? My main Blitzer has dodge/diving tackle.

PS: 2nd ever failed pass by my thrower... Safe Throw didn't work... the 2nd roll was a "2" and "fumbled"... and there was a turnover ! WTF ?!

There's a bug with Safe Throw. I'm not totally sure what it is, but I know from experience it is bugged. I think it may depend on the modifier, or that is a re-roll, not sure which, but something breaks it.

If the first roll is a natural 1 and the reroll is a modified 1 then it fumbles as if the second roll was a natural 1.

Cyanide likes snakeyes and won't let a thrower get off that easily when the second "1" fails to appear...
