[Vampire] To sack or not to sack level 6 & 7 vampires

I'm writing this because i could need some advices, and i need for sure to share my pain:
i'm considering some dark options...

This team plays in Naggaroth Open League, in Cyanide game. Name of the team is "les seigneurs of the suce" (means sucking lords)
I just played my 91th match, a loss again another Chaos team.
One vampire is missing next game with a -1 ma

I already had one (the blitzer with MB) with the same damage.
I think a second damaged vampire is too much to keep them both on the field and still hope to win.

I don't know what to do with the team, with wich i hope to reach back top 100:
-keep playing and hope the 2 -1 Ma won't be so bad.
-stop playing here, leave the team as a testimony.
-firing one or both damaged vampires (level 6&7), maybe some thralls too, to get back a lower tv, try to win some matchs, to get to the top 100 in order to let
my superstar vamp (339xp, 90 TD) be at the top of hall of fame again.

Hi hope my writing is clear enough (i'm french and dont speak english as good as i would like to).
What would you do if you had to coach this team ?

Hard to say since I usually don't play vampires.

I guess you could either keep playing to make some more money and hope for the best, replacing players when they are "really" killed instead of as now merely "damaged goods"

One option would be firing and not replacing the two niggled thralls to get a lower TV and fewer "chaos killers" if those are a problem.

Another option could be to instead buy a fifth vampire and start skilling up, to have a replacement ready when someone bites the big one.
(And then only field four vampires at a time anyway)
