Salutations Readers,

I played Section Edition Blood Bowl with my brother when it came out and then went to University and did not play for at least a decade. I started again with LRB 5 League at my local games club and have played a few tournaments and joined in the MBBL pbem league.

We have just started a new League at our Friday night games club. My Orc team Balor's Brigands are doing very well but my Elves, Milesian Banshees, got butchered by Norse and are on a slow build up to get cash for new players.

They did have a Str 4 Wight, but he was recently killed. At least my Str 4 Ghoul is still going strong.

Why do I get the feeling that Fizz is the kinda guy that runs up to the ball carrier, pulls off the arm that is carrying the ball, head butts the ball carrier, runs to the end zone with the arm (still holding the ball), roars in victory and then spikes said arm?

Remind me never to come anywhere near your team!

My little Skaven would never make it out alive! Even when they were at their prime! I had two or three players up to the same SPPs as Fizz... still would have died horrible horrible deaths... mainly because they were Gutter Runners

He is named after my border collie and he does love to play. Regeneration has kept him going a couple of times so my next aim is to get him over 200 SPP's (just to see if I can). I still have four original players left on the team. I think Aunt May must be handing out MVP's because Parker keeps getting them.

Tackle seems to be my cursed skill. So far every-time a player takes it they die within a couple of games. Fortunately Adam made his regeneration roll so hopefully he has escaped the curse.

Curses usually only need to be broken once to clear the rest of the team!
