Default Shadowing in the "competition" rules
Alright so in the competition rules (which is what most people are using now right?)
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_...tion_Rules.pdf

I'm wondering about Shadow.

From my reading it works not just on the classic dodge but also:

The active player using a follow up on a block to get out of the shadow players TZ.

Leap (it wouldn't put you into base contact with them, but might otherwise be tactically useful to occupy their vacated square)

Ball and Chain (potentially risky)

When the other teams player uses Pass Block.

Is that all correct?

As far as I can tell yes that is all correct.

I know shadowing includes block movement including blitzing and frenzy on top of normal movement, so passblock should be no different.

Pass Block is not an action so I do not believe shadowing works.

You can shadow any time anyone leaves your tackle zone if they are taking an action, this includes following up a block as that player is performing an action and is on the other team.

As Marlow said, Pass Block is not an action so doesn't count any more, though it used to do so, along with Shadowing players you push back as part of a block and perhaps some other situations I can't think of off the top of my head.
