Team Blog thumbnail Picture Added

I've added a thumbnail to use for team blogs as well now so you don't have to have the default no thumbnail picture if you don't want to find a custom one.

Adding it to your thread is the same as the race thumbnails except you replace the XXX with teamblog

So you would put this in the thumbnail box under the thread title and prefix options

/wp-content/themes/premiumnews/images/teamblog.png
