		<description>The rulebook states that any skill is optional and the choice to use it or not is done after seeing the dice roll that it will affect. This is on page 23 under the SKILLS section. There are 6 rules there and 4 and 5 are the ones that apply here. So yes you roll the scatter and then can choose if you want to go the full distance, or use your Kick skill to make the kick more accurate.

So the same applies, to Piling On, Diving Tackle, Break Tackle etc. So if you didn&#039;t want to use your Dodge skill to avoid being knocked over on a block to avoid a Frenzy crowd push, then you are free to do so.</description>
