Decisions thread for season 16

All existing coaches need to let us know their decisions for next season. You have three options please pick one.

1. I am sticking with my current team.
2. I am staying but playing a new team in tier 4.
3. I am taking a break for a season.

If we have not heard by the 4/5 you may well lose your place. We plan to publish divisions for next season on the 8/5 with a formal kick off on the 15/5.
