If a player with the Wrestle skill blocks a players with the Ball and Chain skill, gets the Both Down result and uses Wrestle, after which the Ball and Chain rolls for injury which results in a casualty, does the Wrestle player get the 2 SPP as if they knocked the opponent down?

Yes
I don't know what cyanide does but the rules say
"If a player blocks or is blocked by an opponent and subsequently causes a roll on the injury table which results in a casualty they gain 2 SPP"

So that includes wrestling down a ball and chain.
