Otherwise I can do Sat & Sun & Wed 1000h-2000h utc... not Monday or Tuesday...

Yes, I am actually in Texas, on CDT, no need for UTC.
I'd prefer 9pm Central/10pm Eastern on Friday but if it is too late for you, we can do either Saturday or Sunday afternoon, say after 1pm Central/2pm Eastern. What would you prefer?
