I got a chance to look at these models and they are sadly WAY too big in my opinion. The arms alone are almost as long as most GW big guys are tall, and the shoulders are almost as big as the GW Ogre and Troll torsos.
I just realized that Ripper is no longer a star player in the game. Is this really true?? I feel like he was one of the more iconic ones, and the Badlands Brawl teams really don't have alot of choice right now. Goblin teams in particular seem to be hurt by this.
What are others' thoughts?
I'm not the biggest fan of the current GW Blood Bowl Troll's pose, and I'm looking at alternatives for a Goblin team. One idea I saw that looked great was converting the new Rockgut Troggoth models, as I like the overall aesthetic of the GW goblins and trolls and would like to stick to GW stuff...
Consensus is to take Wrestle or Block first on these guys, and I mostly agree with it, although I see your point.
I like the idea of using the Thrower as a Kicker. I'll consider that when the opportunity arises. And totally agree on the Dirty Player Lineman...mine just never get SP or live long...
