Hopefully bigger leagues like the OCC could have one of their off-shoot leagues run in BBII. That way we can evaluate the client with some real leagues for a bit before it's even considered to change over.

While not having enough teams is an issue, as are game breaking bugs at launch; if the network stuff is better and you can reconnect to games I might want to switch as soon as reasonable. I'm so sick of disconnects and having to replay matches.

Agreed! I really like shiny graphics... oh I mean stable games!

But I like the idea of moving some "non-core" leagues. To try it out.

Also, if we want more stuff for the BB2, then we need to buy it and play it. Sad but true.

Yes up to the commish but personally I don't think it makes sense to move unless the servers are switched off or a clear majority of coaches want to change, which is unlikely until there are far more teams to play with.

Im most likely also one of the suckers buying BBII on release, but hey must have it in order to start the BBII Crunch Them All league - I must, its a demand, I can do nothing about it;)

I doubt the BC will switch over unless they switch the servers off. I could see running two as the original runs down and the other gears up. I will probably not switch my league till they have all the stunties (I mean have all the teams) as I like playing with and against lots of different teams. In fact the variety of teams on display is one of the reasons why I haven't just switched to TT. However once I get my hands on BB2 I might try and squeeze another league in.

Yea, was just about to find that post and put it in the specialists game thread as an alternate April fools joke.

Chaos video is up. Given I normally play Nurgle, this is the only team that could conceivably make me buy the game.

I really wish they would release a video of what the UI looks like with just a basic view, no silly camera angles. I hope when the mino is trying to pick up the ball it's also trying to throw it and those are fumble animations rather than failed pick-up, otherwise it looks really stupid. Also, that weird angle on the dice rolls needs to die in fire. I don't know who thought displaying them like that was a good idea.

On the plus side, the mino looks pretty cool.

Nope, that's the failed pickup animation, we saw it in the previous movie as well.

I'm more annoyed at the ballerina animation for chaos warrior blocks though :p

Oh man...

Hopefully they have multiple animations for each model's attack, but even if they do, if they're that flashy, it'll still get old fast. Keep it simple. The beastman and mino's punches were pretty good. More of that please, Cyanide.

Honestly to me the Chaos Warriors look like a bunch of pansies anyway, I think they thought they were trying out for a wood elf squad or something.

What I see is a dropkick.

Maybe a bit more agile of a one then such a big guy would do... but it's not far of from what a lot of dropkicks I see many guys do. Randy Orton has always been really good at them.
