So a bit short term, I could do Wednesday anytime 0900 until aprox 1900 UTC starting time or around 2230.
Tomorrow anything from 0800 to 1500 starting and again 2230.
Friday similiar but not 100% sure yet.

If those arent good we can switch to the weekend, I would have to clear up my schedule for that and would post again, but I figured maybe we can already find a time for the nect few days.
