Rookie teams added to CTA can play up to six games there, and then go on to Crunch Cup (just started for the season) or CTALE (Exhibition league that can be used to get five more games before the Crunch Cup)

Create five teams, toss all of them into CTA and bash around a while. Get one team to be better than the others and take it to CTALE.
Take a team that was fun to play but didn't work out, reroll it and apply to OCC with it.
