I've just registered the Sesame Creeps (Nec) in CTA to try and get a game or two under their belts before moving them over to CCVIII, they just need an admin to approve them.

    Thanks Gallows Bait.

Just played my first MM match in Naggaroth.
My rookie High Elves got mauled by rookie Undead team 4-0, sustaining 3 cas, 2x MNG and -AG on a Line Elf in the process. Don't think I even dirtied his team's kit!!
    Should've expected it really.

On the bright side, they're going to be well represented in the graveyard, statistically speaking. ;)

Well, my Pus'ies didn't manage to get even a single cas on Har Ganethornication, so by my perceptual bias Bintz' propensity for dying is HIGHLY overrated :p

Over-estimated the time available to me this previous weekend, so haven't gotten round to applying yet. If you don't like numbers and one more team will affect that, hold off on starting until I get back about 22:45 - 23:00 GMT. If things are okay as they are, I'll be a back-up for any drop-outs.

There ya go Smurf, no need to wait if you don't want to. ^^

First games against humans are always harsh, it seems. My first woodies started with an apo, and still two players died..

High elves are a tough starting team. They lack skills and cost a fortune.

Went for TV Chefs - most of them are only famous celebrity chefs in Britain rather than being worldwide names, but there are a couple of what should be well-known names on there. My Treemen are called The Rolling Pin & The Chopping Board - as anthropomorphic kitchen utensils made of wood.

If you're still short of 32 by the weekend I'm willing to sign up with a throwaway Goblin team to help make up the numbers, but with the caveat that I'll probably have to miss a game or two because I'm really busy at the moment and for the next few weeks.

    That's harsh!

It didn't help that 32 of my 69 d6 rolls were a 1 or 2, plenty of failed dodging going on. I also clicked off the chat bar and accidently clicked on the "End turn" button before I'd done anything, effectively giving the opposition a free turn. Fail.

Yeah, finding that out the hard way!:D
Plus I made a lot of n00b mistakes.

I'll be entering a Necro team in CCVIII, hopefully with a couple of games under their belts, but you can probably start engraving the CCVIII wooden spoon already!!
