So as some will notice I have dropped Necromantic and want to tick off Khorne instead. Khorne is placed in tier 5 and thus they get:

1.1 mill for team building and tier 5 gets 200k for skills.
Two players in each team from tier 4-6 can have one double skill.
    20k for normal skills
    30k for double skills
Maximum one player in each team can stack an additional skill, the second skill costs 30k. Both skills have to be normal skills.

Hmm, I have only played a few games when BB chaos came out so I am a bit lost. This is what I have so far:

    1 x Bloodthirster.....180
    1 x Herald...............90
    4 x Blood letters.....320
    5 x Pit Fighter........300

    Only 11 players for 890k.

    2 x rerolls.............140
    1 x apoth...............50
    1 x Coach..............10
    1 x Cheerleader......10

    Total 1.1 mill

    Mighty blow for the Bloodthirster...20
    5 x guard (herald and letters)......100
    1 x leader pit fighter....................20
    3 x block pit fighters....................60

As ever input would be appreciated. As a general note I always prefer the Apoth over a 12th player.

I don't know too much about Khorne, but I feel like I would like to have both Heralds. Maybe they are more important in a progression style build.

Only 3 players with block seems light with only 2 + leader rerolls.
I would be tempted to switch one of the guards for block.
That does mean a juggs player has block but since the thirster will be doing most of the blitzing juggs on the heralds and letters doesn't do much.

The trouble I see is that if I give block to them then I just have a shite version of Norse.

I have thought of an alternative skill use:

Herald with tackle and Mighty Blow
Blood Letter with dodge and sure hands

Does mean that I do not have any player with block:p

The Tackle and MB does make sense as a mini bloodthirster for dodge players

I kinda like the "spam guard" build you originally suggested. Together with the Block Pitfighters, as well as one blitz by any of the Juggernaut players, you can potentially chain together quite a few safe blocks each turn, with the potential to seriously disrupt the opponent's formation, and that's what Khorne excels at.

Hi, I tried to play khorne with €bowl roster.
I noticed that it's very hard to play against elves. 5 Guards against elves are lesser useful than a Shure hand (for strip ball) on a letter. For me apo is useless, the most important player has regeneration; it's better to buy Max Sleenripper, so you have 1 mighty claw and One chainsaw, it's ramdomic but that can be the blodger's Nightmare. 1 reroll and leader are sufficient, you have a lot of blocks and two loner that you shouldn't reroll.
    I play:
    Bloodthirster
    3 Bloodletter
    2 Herald
    5 pit fighters
    Max
    1 reroll

    Mighty on bloodthirster
    2 Guard on letters
1 sure hands on a letter
    2 Guard on Heralds
1 leader and 3 blocks on pit

And I suggest you to don't pay 2 skills for a player: you have 200k of extra,if u pay a skill 30k you lose One skill,a khorne Need more skills possibile

Thank you for your thoughts, I will not take Max Spleenripper - it is not my style of play. I have come up with this version that I like:

    1 Thirster - MB
    2 Heralds - Guards
    1 Letter - Guard
    1 Letter - Sure Hands
    4 Fighters - Block
    1 Fighter - Leader
    1 Fighter - nothing
    2 RR, 1 Apothecary and 1 Cheer, 1 coach and 1 FF.

So I have 3 Guard players and 4 block players - should make for an interesting few games. Let the blood flow:skull:

Back from Prague Open. The tournament was fun, well organized and drinking beer with the lads was great fun. The roster worked ok, but the Thirster had a very quiet tourney, hardly broke armor so I played 5 games outnumbered. I had some rotten luck at cruzial times - missed 6 TD actions:mad: 2 times 2+ with reroll, 2 times 3+ with reroll and 2 times improbable 5+,3+ with no reroll. So I ended up 13 of 22 on a 2-1-3 record. Did not think that the roster was bad, did not miss tackle as all the frenzy really did produce the :pow:. I just could not get rid of the opponent as fast as they got rid of me. I will try to go to Prague again next year, becourse of the friendly and fun atmosphere.

But I will most likely never play Khorne again - well at least for a while:p
