Five players have died on this team so far, leaving the above remaining. A few were let go because they were a mess.

Wow, that roster is carrying some serious injuries. Are they in an open ladder or a specific league situation?

I'd recommend a developing the team in a slightly different direction. A few less mutations in favour of more Guard and Mighty Blow.

You have a core of ST4 warriors and the Beastmen already all have horns, putting Guard on your warriors will help all Blocks and not just the Blitzing. Similarly they're rarely going to use dauntless but guard helps everywhere.

Excellent point, thanks for that. I'm thinking of editing the original post as opposed to listing the players in every new post to update their numbers. I paid dearly in a recent game against Dwarves. The dice AI decided to be pretty one-sided, though I still won. Fucking troll slayers almost never fail rolls, it's ridiculous.

Look forward to hearing more about the team as you go forward.

As for dice, they can indeed be extreme. The key thing to remember about probability is that with a large volume of games played, so there will be many crazy outliers along the way. Things only truly average out with a sufficiently large sample.

In short, nufflings happen plenty, how you respond you them is part of what shows your skill as a coach.

Good point again. I should look into containment more often with Dwarves. when a cage or screen is contained, it forces them to fight for every yard. Did that to the likes of Khemri, Kislev, even Elven scum. My hardest fought matches are usually against either Chaos Dwarves, because they have a piling on fetish (and are mental), Dwarves because they're ruthless, and teams with either 4 mummies or 4 tomb guardians, because holy shit.

Faced only one Nurgle team so far and that was tough. Foul appearance is an absolute game breaker. Might stick that on my minotaur. The stink vapour effect is nice on a Nurgle team, but it makes it very difficult for me to see what's going on. I have enough hassle with eyesight, so I'm glad I've only dealt with them once. I think I won that one or it was a tie.

Also one Halfling team. That was fun, but those bloody treemen are so hard to injure! Even fouling didn't break the armour. They definitely make things tricky.

Then there's the Ogre team. Bloody hellfire, that was a struggle! Then their ogres started getting injured and the match opened right up. Rams for the win!

I actually felt a pang of sympathy for a Human team I faced. Poor bastards. They put up a fight, but they won't have enjoyed it. As for Gobbo scum, Them I feel no remorse for. Chainsaw obsessed little shits. I put dauntless on my minotaur because of the fanatic, though. That ball and chain, plus STR 7 meant I got diddled something fierce until it twirled its way away from the action. He'll be in for a shock next time Briktorg passes his wild animal roll. Dauntless, plus frenzy, plus adjacent chaos warriors ought to be a nice little surprise for the wee bastard. I'm actually excited to see what happens.

Ooh, updated depth chart, btw. I'm not gonna list the whole thing, hence highlights, but you know that part already. I miss Shyesh, he was a vicious bastard. Then again, Mysh Spinelip is a nasty one too. I love my chaos warriors. I like to put one out wide like a cornerback and stick Pygy (STR 4 beastman) in the line of scrimmage. Pygy blitzes can be pretty destructive, especially if he gets a triple dicer.

I know the players in the game don't have any real personalities, but with the way the matches are going, Mysh Spinelip is a vicious bastard. The guy just does not give a fuck. He gets up more than the bloody terminator and seems harder to injure than other chaos warriors. He's an absolute beast!

The Rams managed to beat not just any Skaven team, but the Warpstone Wanderers 3-0. Now, I want the Chaos All-Stars. I want to see if the Murderous Rams can dethrone a legendary Chaos team.
Because Thorg Paw has reduced STR, I gave him foul appearance to better protect him from block and blitz attempts so that he can still be useful to the team. Tie will tell how that goes. Having faced a Nuffle team, I found it tricky to take on players that had this mutation.
