New coach help

Hi Im new to blood bowl, I played a lot of it as a kid by renting the game at the now closed blockbuster with my brother. We didnt know how to play but knew if we beat the other enemy team they couldt and we won.

Right now im playing brentons and really like them. Human so versitle, cheep line men for fouls, and a little bashy but can play ball. Got all i need but i dont know how i should build them for this. I know dirty player and blodge are two things i want but dont knoq how else to build them.
