Borke...you're a member here! Yay
My team will strive to not make that happen...
Game scheduled for Saturday 30th November at 2100 UTC.
...and a home win
The Misunderstood 99 1-0 Tails of the Unexpected.
Skaven took a Wizard and Glart Junior.
I got the dreaded failed Sure Hands Pick up on T1 and the Skaven counterattacked...Glart Killed Love but the Beast regenerated.
On T2 Anger (Sure Hands Rotter) got the ball and spent the next 6 turns getting to the Skaven EZ...Skaven Wizard Fireball got some cage corners, but the Skaven 1d Blitz on T3 only pushed back....
The Nurgle survived the T8 Skaven blocks.
11 v 11 (2 Skaven KO's back)
And we smacked each other - I caused one Casuaty, and they only caused stuns or nothing.
Skaven went for a left hook advance, I went for full basing..and the Skaven got the dreaded 1/1 dodge with a screening piece, Nurgle got the ball off them by blitzing the ball carrier, and reinforce caged on T15. Too far away for the Nurgle to score, and the last ditch uphill blitz n my ball carrier only caused a Push Back.
My T16 managed a levellelling pass with a Rotter.
Final score 1-0.
Team News, 2 Rotters levelled.
Fury, his first Skill...Sure Hands.
Anger, his second Skill...Extra Arms.
Team News: recruited Tarantula, which brings up the full squad of four allowed Pestigors.
S18 MD8 is an away game.

Booh for default setting
Clearly with the superior motto in this case, nothing can go wrong!
cor...I hope so
...and an away loss The San JoseShOrks 1-0 The Misunderstood 99
Orcs took a Bribe with inducements.
They flattened my team, right hook advanced and scored in 6 turns.
I lost Guard Rotter dead and a Pestigor KO'd who did not recover.
Managed to catch the ball, but was unable to floor or get through the Orcs..and Best was stupid when I needed him to advance and protect the ball carrier.
One Orc at S4 and another one at MA7, with multiple block and guard made it tough. too.
11 v 11
I could not get through the Orcs - managed to KO 4 for loss of 2, a Pestigor KO'd and another BH.
T15 needed a 3+ dodge blitz and then a 3+ handoff and I could have got away....unfortunately failed the handoff part of the combined play....reroll failed too.
No losses to either side this half.
Final Score 1-0
Loss of the Guard Rotter is tough - but he knew the risks of playing Blood Bowl
Also, I left my players on the floor in the first half until the bribe was used up - an error in hindsight!
S18 MD9 is a home game.

"Envelop and Improve" v "Come her and say that!"
...and a home win.
The Misunderstood 99 2-1 HElfy Debate
High Elves took a wandering apothecary.
High Elves went all in and gave my team a bit of a kicking.
Lost a Block Nurge Warrior failed regen on T1 and the Beast Ko'd T2.
T7 managed a risky hand off GFI play, plus KO'd a Journeyman.
High |Elevs smothered me, so needed aosme blocks, a blitz ansd a 3+ hand off tos core - team managed it.
High Ef T8 turn I got a Blitz kick-off result so zero chance of then 1-TTD'ing
High Elf Drive:
I got a blitz kick-occ result and smothered the ball - over the next three turns the High Elves made play after play, got the ball off me, made dodges, GFI's , passes through Disturbing Presence, crowd surf casultied my other Block Nurgle Warrior who failed the regeneration, and the High Elves then scored.
Nurgle Drive: 10 Nurgle v 11 High Elves
I suffered two turnovers: the High Elves went all in - then over two turns I took out three players for no loss, including their ST4: I ignored their AG5 as he hung around deep in my half.
Went down to T16: High Elves failed the GFI Blitz on my scoring threat, I made the 3+ hand-off to my scoring threat, and a win it was.
Two Pestigors scored the TD's to level, and a Warrior got the MVP to level too.
S18 Lustria Division (Tier 4) ended as:
1. Toastguy7: The San Jose ShOrks (Orcs)[Admin Prediction 4th....Toastguy is good, going to be a tight race].
2. Ravers: Tails of the Unexpected (Skaven)[Admin Prediction 1st Safe rat build, one of several people who could win the league, have an odd feeling he's going to stand above the pack.]
3. Waleed: The Misunderstood 99 (Nurgle)[Admin Prediction 8th : Guess which team is not good at TV1000]
4. DallasATZ: WAAGH Smashers (Orcs)[Admin Prediction 3rd - Hard to separate the teams. Orcs are good at tv1000]
Teams 1st-4th* gain automatic promotion into Tier 3 for Season 19.
5. Frankolino (Lizardmen)[Admin Prediction 5th: Frank is good, lizards are good. Have a feeling the teams will be close, lizards won't be that happy about all the orcs and dwarfs]
6. Thernlow: Norwegian K9 Patrol (Necromantic)[Admin Prediction 9th Dead wolf game 1 sucks. Maybe that's why goblins spy, I mean I, have him at 9.
7. Sbr32: Keepers of the Garden (Nurgle)[Admin Prediction 10th - Oh boy this is a bold prediction, they really ought to better than this, but for some reason I think they might start off slowly]
8. Street: Basing Program (Dwarfs)[Admin Prediction 2nd - Street loves teams that are good early and rr before they reach Altdwarf, should do well again]
9. Moreplovac: BC2 Birthday Boiz (Goblins)[Admin Prediction 7th: Goblins are awesome, but they suck]
10. JrPeart: HElfy Debate (High Elves)[Admin Prediction 6th - High Elves suck at TV1000 so it might be a bit difficult]
*although an Admin has stated there seem to be many rerollers/quitters for Season 19 so it will be 1st to 9th being promoted into Tier 3 next Season.
Cor, BBTactics does an overall League standings record.
The Misunderstood 99 came 22nd out of 90 Teams with 16 points and a 4-4-1 record, +13/-8 TDs, and +20/-8 Casualties.
The 21 Teams ahead of mine were:
Chaos Dwarf x1
Dark Elf x2
Elven Union x1
High Elf x1
..a good mix of races across all nine divisions that did well
Looking forward to Season 19.
Season 19 tickets have been issued
The Misunderstood 99 gained an auto-promotion and are in Tier 3, Ostland Division, for S19
A reminder for myself regarding two rules:
Non cosmetic changes to any home stadium are banned.
Aging has been turned off.
Season 19 Ostland Race Mix has been released:
Team News: three level-ups before S19 MD1 -
Benevolence, Nurgle Warrior, levelled with Block.
Scorpion, Pestigor, levelled with Block.
Tungsten, Pestigor, levelled with Block.
Exciting and dynamic levelups like that are what starting nurgle so attractive
I almost went for something different...but decided, reliability is best .
S19 MD1 is a home game.
The Misunderstood 99 v Shortman F.O.O.D. Heroes
No League Divisional Positions yet as all teams are on MD1.

Home Stadium is "The Mixing Bowl", a Level 1 Stadium.
"Envelop and Improve" v default setting of Enter the team motto
If I was CJ this would be the match I was hoping to win.
He nicely gets Deeproot , Chef and Puggy , not facing much MB , tackle or a fast team.
Just knock em down , foul em out and get the numbers advantage.
Separate names with a comma.
