Skaven Waterbowl (TR1100 + Stat)

    TR1100 + Stat (for waterbowl)

    It's looking like I won't be able to get a human team ready in time for waterbowl so am considering a switch to skaven (which I have almost ready)

    Skill package:

    Option 1: 5x Skills 1x Double
    Option 2: 4x Skills 1x Double 1x +MV
    Option 3: 3x Skills 1x Double 1x +AG
    Option 4: 3x Skills 1x +ST

    ALL inducements allowed


    My intended roster:

    Vermin - Guard (or maybe Grab)
    Vermin - Guard
    Gutter - Strip Ball
    Gutter - Guard
    Gutter -
    Gutter - +MV
    Thrower - Hail Mary Pass
    4 x Linos
    2 rerolls
    Apo
    Wizard
    1 FF

    +stats and wizards being allowed seems pretty rare so would like to take advantage of the change of pace even if roster suboptimal (although if you think reaching for a wizard at 1100 is suicide please tell me). More focused on having a giggle than winning with this tourney so as far as competiveness goes I'd prefer to finish above 150 rating, but other than that I'm fine with whatever.

    So... likely to be fun? Or will just get smashed off the park? Any suggested adjustments?

    I can heartily recommend the 16 linerat build. ;) See you on Saturday ;)

    Actually if you are taking the +mv gutter grab on the vermin would work well for 1ttd and you may catch some coaches who wont realise what it's for straight away.

    I would also look at wrestle for someone possibly at the expense of HMP. But HMP is obviously more fun so it's about balancing fun and winning.

    I am also having second thoughts about my team for the waterbowl. I am going Amazon and have.

    2 * Blitzer. Guard
    Blitzer. Surehands
    Blitzer
    Catcher
    Thrower
    Lino Guard
    2* lino Wrestle
    3* lino
    3 ReRoll

    Leaving me 15,000
    so either
    2 babes and Appo
    Wizard
    Or babe and bribe.

    What do you guys reckon?

    Why would you put guard on a lino and have a blitzer without a skill?

    Wizard is tempting.
    So is apoth , reroll and linewoman.

    2 linewomen is probably better than a bribe.

    The plan is to try and keep out of contact. the lino stands were she is needed. The unskilled blitzer can run around hitting with out getting bogged down. I will have a rethink though.

    It is my first tornie so I want to experiment a bit and have fun so maybe wizard.
