Chaos Renegade Team Changes

  • Most players gain primary access to the new devious skill category
  • The Linemen gain Animosity (all)
  • The Orc gets a passing skill boost from 5+ to 4+
  • The Dark Elf has a price reduction from 75k and loses passing skill access
  • The Thrower swaps Safe Pair of Hands for Sure Hands
  • The Ogre loses Mighty Blow (assuming this is an error)
  • Minotaur and Rat Ogre go from no passing stat to 6+
  • Lost the ability to choose Favoured of Hashut

Chaos Renegade teams have had very minor tweaks. You can now develop nearly anyone on the team into a good fouler with devious skill access. The Dark Elf is cheaper at the expense of passing skill access which I think can generally be seen as a benefit. The Thrower is now a lot better, swapping a rubbish skill for a really useful one, especially on a team with expensive rerolls. The Orc passing increase is rarely going to come into play and the Frenzy Big Guys getting a passing stat of 6+ will likely just let them attempt to throw bombs back.

The power level of the team is probably going to stay around where it already was. Roughly middle of the pack, varying a bit depending on the ability of the coach or the variance of your dice.
